We've been changing our diet, drastically. I've been shopping, and stocking the fridge up with fresh food. I've also gotten over my fear of Tofu, and have started cooking with it again. Apparently, i did actually pay attention to the roommate who did wonderous things with Tofu. I've found a site that has some great vegetarian recipes. Again, my major complaint: These recipes, (and the book i purchased from Whole Foods), call for canned product or other already prepared foods in the recipes..GRRRR. I have one book that calls for all natural product. My Pantry is seriously understocked for some of those recipes. But, we're working on it... It's very hard deleting most of the sugar out of our diet...we've caved several times, but for the most part are sticking to the healthy stuff...i know i need to get more fruit into my diet. Master drinks orange juice every morning, but not me. It irritates my stomach.

I'm just so excited that i have finally conquered Tofu!!! It is a wonderous thing.

I've been madly transferring Stargates. I am on tape 10 out of over 20 tapes. This is a good thing. When that's done, i get to start on Farscape. Sure it would be nice to buy the DVD's, but we do not have a disposable income right now.

I just recieved my last Unemployment Check. I am going to have to go out and find a job. There's one right around the corner that i am going to check out tomorrow. And several others that are options. I haven't worked in over a year...probably time to get back to it. Master's concern is there is all this time She wants to take off, to go to Kansas, to go to Thunder, She gets paid vacation. And with me just starting a job, i won't have all those perks. Besides, unless you are working in a Resort or fancy restaurant, cooks rarely get paid holiday time. The only time i had it was when i worked at the Deli. Go figure.

Well, that's the update. Nothing exciting...i'm very tired today, it's overcast, though not raining, and that usually makes me tired.

Consequently i missed the boy meeting...not good because last night were elections. I really needed to be there, but there was no way i was going out.

This all made for a very unhappy Master. There was really nothing i could do to help Her, feeling so miserable. Still not up to snuff today...dubbing Stargate episodes, and just doing stuff on-line. Going between two rooms probably isn't helping. But that's ok...

I wish i could figure out why i've been so sick off and on over the last year. It's really bothering me. I'm not usually this unhealthy. But i have been going to dr. offices and stuff...so maybe it came from that.

I need to be better by tomorrow because i'm going to do the Discovery Health Challenge. The package includes three free months at Bally's gym. I could use some working out these days. Speaking of which, i need to check where the store is because it's at the Scottsdale Fashion Mall, which is a huge monstrosity of a Mall. EEKs!
