Below, is a list of rules regarding slave affirmations, a ritual Master has implemented in my daily life. i will post the journal entries about the affirmations here. They offer a little more insight into Master's Authority over this slave boy.

Weekly Affirmation

Master will assign the affirmation on Sunday night. slave will take time on Monday to write a paragraph or two for his journal on the affirmation. This may be offline or online.

slave will repeat the affirmation whenever he enters or leaves the apartment.

slave will kneel next to the computer and repeat the affirmation before sitting down to work or play.

slave will repeat the affirmation ten times in the shower.

Master may have slave repeat the affirmation at any time with the order “Affirm.” If appropriate, slave will kneel to do so.

slave will repeat the affirmation when doing any of the household chores on the weekly schedule.

On Sunday, Master will review the affirmation with slave and decide whether to continue it another week or assign a new affirmation to start the next day. This review may include another journal entry by slave reflecting on how he views the affirmation after a week’s use.
